Registered Lessee, Traders, Stockiest, Exporter and End Users are requested to update their Mandatory information in Form – K as per Rule 45, MCDR 2017 using MTS Portal . (Form K Guidelines available under Download menu). Monthly and Daily Returns Filing for Registered Users will start from 1st February for the month of January 2019 in MTS.

About the Ministry

Ministry of Mines is responsible for survey and exploration of all minerals, other than natural gases, petroleum and atomic minerals, for mining and metallurgy of non-ferrous metals like aluminium, copper, zinc, lead, gold, nickel, etc. and for administration of the Mines and Minerals (Regulation and Development) Act, 1957 in respect of all mines and minerals other than coal, natural gas and petroleum.

01st January 2019:

First National Level Workshop on PMKKKY being held in New Delhi on 18th January, 2019.
PMKKKY went Live on 30th August 2018.Training being conducted on PMKKKY Module for North, Central and South Zone from 27th August to 6th September 2018.

16th January 2019:

Daily,Monthly returns and Registration module is in Production from 05th September 2018.

07th January 2019:

UI Screens Review for Mining Plan,Ore Accounting System and Star Rating are completed from 7th to 11th January 2019 at Wipro Office,Hyderabad.
Mining Plan,Ore Accounting System and Star Rating modules are under development/testing phase.
